We are currently recruiting for a Legal Assistant
This role is located in our Hamilton office
The successful candidate will have one to five years of experience with real estate transactions and corporate law. The individual will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Providing clerical, administrative and general office support including organizing schedules and diary systems
- Creating, formatting and reviewing documents
- Maintaining files, filing, producing reports, entering dockets and account preparation
- Experience with Conveyancer and Teraview would be an asset
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and oral skills, is technologically sound, has strong customer service skills and has the ability to prioritize tasks. This individual needs to be organized, resourceful and be capable of working independently.
