AREAS OF EXPERTISE
Christopher Dilts is an associate at SIMPSONWIGLE LAW, focusing on all areas of workplace law, including drafting employment contracts and policies, wrongful dismissal, human rights, disability management, collective bargaining, and grievance arbitration.
Representing both employers and employees, Christopher has appeared in all levels of court in Ontario as well as a number of tribunals including the Ontario Labour Relations Board and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, where he successfully argued a landmark case concerning family status discrimination.

GIVING BACK TO THE COMMUNITY
Christopher has served on the Board of Directors for the Lincoln County Law Association, taught part-time at Brock University, and volunteered with the Ontario Bar Association, helping high school students prepare for OBA/OJEN Competitive Mock Trials.
Christopher is a father with two young children. In his free time, he enjoys hiking and spending time with family and friends.
