Senior Corporate Law Clerk

SimpsonWigle LAW LLP is currently seeking a Senior Corporate Law Clerk with a minimum of 10 years experience.

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Maintaining corporate records for federal and provincial corporations
  • Completing minute book assessments and completing updates
  • Creating, formatting and reviewing documents
  • Maintaining files, completing files and entering dockets
  • Experience with incorporations, amalgamations, registrations, dissolutions, amendments, business name registrations, renewals and completing annual maintenance
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite of applications
  • Experience with Corplink and GhostPractice would be an asset

 

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and oral skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, is organized, able to work independently, has strong customer service skills and is a resourceful self-starter.
