Drew is an associate at SIMPSONWIGLE LAW. His practice primarily concentrates on corporate and commercial law with an additional focus on wills and estates. Drew works with clients to provide sound legal advice and strategic insight throughout all stages of their businesses. 

Drew works with a broad range of businesses, from small enterprises to medium-sized businesses across a wide variety of industries. Drew is regularly involved in transactions and other corporate/commercial services including:

  • Asset and Share Purchase Transactions
  • Drafting and negotiating Shareholders’ Agreements
  • Drafting and reviewing a variety of business contracts
  • Drafting and reviewing commercial leases
