A CREATIVE, LEADING-EDGE APPROACH

"Dispute resolution is best when you can find the most creative, yet practical solution. I ensure my clients are on top of the most up-to-date information to maximize every advantage the law allows for.”

WHAT SETS MINA APART

"I excel at cutting through the posturing that sometimes comes with litigation and allowing the parties involved to feel that they were heard, and their needs met. I have the demonstrated ability to allow all parties to develop mutually agreeable options, so I can craft a solution that brings everyone to the table.”

THE BEST PART OF THE JOB

“Going to court, arguing our position as strongly as possible, and getting a win for our client.”
