About Timothy Bullock

AREAS OF EXPERTISE

Tim is a partner with SimpsonWigle LAW and is engaged in all aspects of a land development practice. He acts for developers in land assemblies, preparing applications and documentation for subdivision and condominium registration and site plan approvals. He is frequently involved in representing clients in the acquisition and sale of office buildings, plazas, and other developed rental commercial property throughout Ontario.

Tim acts for lenders and borrowers in structuring financings and completing security documents for real estate-based lending and active manufacturing-based businesses. To ensure smooth completion of various land use and real estate projects, he works closely with surveyors, planners, engineers and other specialist consultants.

A key aspect of Tim’s practice is representing investors and companies buying and selling businesses, business divisions and significant assets. He plays an important role in structuring all aspects of financing as well as formalizing new ownership relationships including shareholder, partnership, joint venture agreements other operational agreements such as licensing and lease agreements.
