Ryan is an Associate at SimpsonWigle LAW. His practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, where he provides clients with legal advice throughout the complete life cycle of their businesses.

Ryan serves businesses big and small, across a wide variety of industries. He is regularly engaged in complex transactional work and has experience in, among other things:

  • Asset and Share Purchase Transactions;
  • Corporate Reorganizations and Restructuring;
  • Drafting and negotiating Shareholders’ Agreements; and
  • Drafting and negotiating Commercial Leases.

Ryan also practices real estate law, acting for both residential and commercial clients.

Ryan graduated from law school on the Dean’s List for achieving an academic standing in the top ten students of his class.
