About Lindsay Buchanan-Clarke

Areas of Expertise

Lindsay Buchanan-Clarke is an associate at SimpsonWigle LAW focusing primarily on employment and labour law.  She received her Juris Doctor from the University Western Ontario in 2021.  After completing her articles at SimpsonWigle LAW, she was called to the bar in 2022.  Lindsay will assist clients in various aspects of workplace law, including drafting employment contracts, wrongful dismissal, human rights, disability management, collective bargaining, and grievance arbitration.
