SimpsonWigle LAW LLP is currently seeking to hire a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage a variety of Human Resources and General Office functions, including but not limited to employee data management, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, scheduling, and inventory control. This role requires proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Suites and strong time/project management skills to support the company’s initiatives effectively. The Administrator will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and fostering a positive work environment.

Work Hours and Location – the role requires onsite attendance Monday to Friday from 09:00 am to 05:00 pm primarily based out of our Hamilton offices with one day per week at our Burlington offices.
