About Aarij Ahmed

Aarij is an Associate at SimpsonWigle LAW and a member of the firm’s Land Development, Real Estate, and Condominium Law Groups.

Aarij assists developers, condominium corporations, property managers, and boards of directors with a wide range of development and condominium matters. Aarij advises clients on title matters, easements, subdivision approvals, and Planning Act compliance in land development and real estate transactions. Aarij prepares and reviews condominium documents, section 98 agreements, by-laws, and shared facilities agreements, advises boards of directors on a variety of governance-related issues, and also assists condominium corporations in navigating a wide variety of complex matters before the Condominium Authority Tribunal.

Aarij obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Alberta in 2024. After completing his articles with SimpsonWigle LAW, he was called to the Ontario Bar in 2025.
