Alexander is an associate at SimpsonWigle LAW, engaged in corporate commercial law, focusing on business law and commercial real estate law. His practice encompasses a wide variety of clients, from all industries. Alexander has experience in the purchase and sale of businesses and assets, the incorporation and organization of companies, and the negotiation, preparation and review of business contracts, shareholders’ agreements, and commercial leases.

Alexander obtained his Juris Doctors from the University of Western Ontario in 2022, and after completing his articles with SimpsonWigle LAW, he was called to the bar in Ontario in 2023.
