Kevin is an Associate in the SimpsonWigle LAW litigation group practicing primarily commercial and condominium litigation since 2013.

His practice is wide-ranging dealing with all aspects of commercial and condominium litigation.

Kevin has experience dealing with complex commercial disputes acting on behalf of individuals as well as private held and publicly traded corporations.

Kevin’s practice also involves condominium litigating relating to issues under the Ontario Condominium Act, 1998. Kevin acts in compliance cases involving mediations, arbitrations and applications before the Ontario Superior Court and the Condominium Authority Tribunal. He acts for condominium corporations, board of directors, developers, property managers and owners in Ontario.

  • Partnership and shareholder disputes including oppression remedy litigation
