Sadaf Saljooki is an associate at SimpsonWigle LAW, practicing primarily in the areas of residential and commercial real estate, land development and planning, as well as condominium law. Sadaf obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa, and after completing her articles with SimpsonWigle LAW, she was called to the bar in 2021.
Whether acting for vendors, purchasers, lenders, borrowers, developers, landlords/tenants, condominium corporations, or property management, Sadaf assists with the purchase, sale and development of real property, licensing and leasing transactions, and real estate financing. Sadaf leads clients with respect to subdivision, condominium and commercial developments, as well as lending transactions for joint ventures, co-ownerships and limited partnerships. Sadaf also offers condominium legal services, including advice relating to bringing projects to market, project financing, the condominium registration process, interim occupancies, final closings, board and owners’ meetings, reserve funds and status certificates.
