About Stephanie Rego

AREAS OF EXPERTISE

Stephanie is an associate at SimpsonWigle LAW, focusing primarily on corporate commercial law and real estate. Her practice focuses primarily on the needs of businesses, including incorporations, restructurings, financings, and commercial agreement preparation.  She also assists clients with the purchase, sale, financing, and leasing of commercial and residential properties.

Stephanie obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor in 2019, and after completing her articles with SimpsonWigle LAW, she was called to the bar in 2020.

A PRACTICAL APPROACH

“Clients need practical solutions for their business problems. Those solutions need to benefit the client while keeping their bottom line in mind.  Our team’s role is to help clients find appropriate solutions for their needs.”

WHAT SETS STEPHANIE APART

“It’s important for clients to understand the risks that go along with owning or operating a business. I encourage clients to ask questions and I want to be able to fully understand the client’s business so that I can provide sound legal advice and help find appropriate solutions that work for the client.”

THE BEST PART OF THE JOB

“It’s always nice seeing clients realizing and achieving their business goals. If I can help them navigate the legal issues and complexities of starting and operating a business, it makes all of our team’s hard work worth it.”

A MEMBER OF THE COMMUNITY

“I’m a proud resident of the Hamilton region. My family and I enjoy discovering the region’s hidden gems (which for me mainly revolves around finding great food spots).”
