Daniel is a litigator with SimpsonWigle LAW’s bankruptcy and insolvency practice group. He enjoys building and sharpening his restructuring and commercial litigation skills for the group’s institutional, corporate, and insolvency professional client base.
Before returning to Hamilton to join the firm, Daniel maintained a broad civil advocacy practice at a prominent litigation boutique in Toronto, representing insurers, financial institutions, and municipalities.
Daniel brings a dedicated and pragmatic approach to advocating on his clients’ behalf in and out of the courtroom. Drawing on his accounting background, Daniel understands the importance of timely resolution and can provide his clients with creative solutions where appropriate.
Daniel is a licensed pilot and continues to fly recreationally
