Rosamund is an associate at SimpsonWigle LAW focusing primarily on construction law. She summered and articled at a national construction law firm after a career in social work and has come back to Hamilton where she is raising her (almost grown) family. She has represented owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers, with a focus on adjudication and finding resolutions outside the courtroom. She has experience with drafting contracts including bespoke contracts for smaller companies and supplementary conditions for standard form contracts on larger projects.

Rosamund was a foster parent for many years and is now a member of the Board of Directors for Hamilton Children’s Aid Society. In addition, she is a member of the Construction Law Practice Group of The Advocates Society and a member of the Young Leaders Group of the Hamilton Halton Construction Association.
