David Jackson is a partner at SIMPSONWIGLE LAW and is the firm’s lead counsel for the bankruptcy and insolvency group.
David acts as a legal advisor to chartered banks, credit unions, trustees in bankruptcy, family and private businesses and individuals with respect to financial restructurings, security realization, insolvencies and generally with respect to creditor and debtor rights.
David is formally trained as a third party in alternate dispute resolution and makes practical use of mediation in his practice.
Recognized for his problem-solving skills, acute judgement and breadth of experience, David believes in a practical approach to his practice.
When David first joined the firm, the insolvency division was in its infancy. Client by client, David developed the practice into a thriving business. Many years later, with contributions from his colleagues, SIMPSONWIGLE LAW is now a regionally and provincially recognized insolvency practice.
